One shiny day, my friends and I were hanging out in our four-storey house. It had a
footy oval at the top, a chill-out floor where you chill, a drum floor where you drum,
and a surf floor where you catch gnarly waves. My name is Jack. You might think,
why does this kid have such a cool house like this? Because my friends Kai and
William actually made it for me, so that’s why they are the best friends.
Kai and I like footy, we are in a team which is called the East Point
Bulldogs. We have won two premierships and have three medals each. William and I
like surfing a lot and we have won a few surfing competitions and practice on the
surfing floor a lot. Now me, I like drumming the most because I like the rhythm of the
beat, plus I love music, it’s just for me. So, life is chilled. I think this home is
awesome and I think that William and Kai should be so proud of themselves for
making me such an awesome palace.
Now, enough about me, let’s get down to the story at hand!
My friends and I were hanging out on the couch when William
started telling us a story about aliens, “I like this,” said Kai. “Have you got more?” I
said, “nah sorry, let’s play on our phones for a bit… hey Kai, watch this funny
video…” “Haha, that was really funny.”
Then from out of nowhere, we heard a massive crack! “Wow that was loud, what was
that?” said William. I said, “what are you waiting for, let’s go check it out.” But Kai
said, “I don’t know about that.” I asked him, “are you scared to check it out?” “No, I
am definitely not.” said Kai. But you could tell he was a little bit scared because he
was shaking. Then William said, “ok, I will go by myself and you and Kai can stay
here.” “Ok bye William,” we said as he headed to the footy oval. “Hello! Anyone
here?” William could see nothing but a crack in the roof. He thought, hey what is
that? It looks like gooey green slime coming out of the crack, I better go tell Kai and
Jack. William came over to me and Kai and told us about this green slime. “Ok, let’s
not get carried away here William. This has to be your imagination,” said Kai! “It’s not
my imagination, it’s real,” said William. “I am going to the roof now to go find this
slime and prove it to you!” At this point Kai and I thought we better go with William to
be nice, but when we got there we couldn’t see any slime. Poor William looked so
confused! So, we all went back to the chill out room. After a while William decided to
go back for another look.
That is so much slime! I have to tell Jack and Kai again, thought William. I’m pretty
sure that they will say it’s my imagination but let’s just go tell them. “Guys come!
There’s more slime. Ok, this is the last time I say to come.”
“What do you mean there is slime?” asked Kai. “There was just slime,” said William.
“Let’s go!” said Kai. “Ok” I say, “come on William.” “Nah, I am going stay here,” said
William. “I don’t know what happened, but I saw the slime and I will find what made
it. ”William looks around for some evidence. Hmm… there is nothing on the ground
thought William. He waited two hours. Hey what is that little round thing going superfast?
I think it’s a UFO? I need to tell Kai and Jack. “Jack and Kai, I know that I have
said this three times but just come,” said William. “No, me and Kai are not coming…
ok I will come,” said Kai. “Fine, go.” I say. “Bye,” said kai. “I don’t know about this,”
said kai. “Come on just come said William. They get to the top. “See look,” said
William. “Wow that’s looks like a UFO,” said Kai. “It is,” said William. “Let’s go tell
Jack.” “Jack! Come it’s true.” “There is a UFO,” said Kai. “Ok, fine. I’ll come, said
Jack. “Look up there,” said Kai. “Is that aliens? Let’s tell them to come here so we
can talk this out. Let’s go.” “Hey aliens come here,” said Kai. “Why did you make a
crack in the footy oval roof?” I asked. “Because the steering wheel is bad,” said the
aliens. “Ok let’s make a deal, we will fix your steering wheel and we can be friends
and you don’t put cracks in our home.” “Ok,” I say. “Deal,” said the aliens. And we
become good friends. The end.

On a sunny day at Bondi the strong lifeguards get ready to start their hard shift for the day. Out of nowhere a kid was in a rip about 60 meters from shore.

One of the lifeguards grabs the blue surfboard and jumps out into the water. Going across the big waves the man reached the kid in 5 mins. The lifeguard reached in the water dragging the lifeless kid onto the board. The brave lifeguard raced to shore hoping the kid was going to be ok. The kid was not breathing when the ambulance came. The kid was 15.

The paramedics could not get him breathing again. They called a code black inferring the boy died. Bondi had not even had this in 5 years! Everyone was so sad.

On a sunny afternoon on Christmas Eve, Uncle Matty and Grecia had a party for all their families and friends.

Uncle Matty had a blow-up pool for ten people. Matty had a cool trick where he squirted shampoo in too the water; blew air in using a red blowing machine. I was excited! Because there were four people in there already, I stepped in rather than making a big splash. The water was warm and foamy. It tickled my back as I swam.

Through the afternoon the dancing happened. Music was being played. Grecia would ask someone to dance. Even though I played pool with Matty most of the time I did join in the dancing occasionally. One time I got on the box crate and did my small boogie dance. One-time Grecia was in the conga-rongo and two silly idiots wet everyone by jumping in the pool. This really annoyed them.

We had a bonfire before sunset and we all sat around and talked. After dark the dancing was still going. As we sat around the bonfire some people talked and some people spent some time on the screens. I played on the Nintendo Switch Santa gave me. I have my Boomerang Foo game. That’s my game that I usually play. Matt kept feeding the fire with wood so we could see the sparks that came out. The sparks danced in the air making pretty patterns. Eventually, it was time to come home. I had the best time of my life.

On a good day lebron James the basketball star was playing basketball.

He is so good but the ball broke and he was sad

And then Oscar Felipe arrived and fixed it up. Lebron was so so happy.

on a sunny day Arlo was playing ball it is game you have to get a ball and bounce the ball to the ring and then that is the game. But then the ball smashed in Arlo’s head. “Wawawa, help me!” and Oscar came. we need to call 000. Ring ring. hello how can I help you. we have Arlo. his head got smashed. We need help. ok. the doctor came and Arlo is saved.
